Somebody please help with the origin of the voice samples in the beginning of this track ??! Where is it taken from ? Its a newest track by this artist.

The voices at the beginning are Nancy and Ronald Reagan. They created a video to discourage young people from taking drugs. A comedy version of this video was created in which their dialogue was rearranged to give a different interpretation of their words. The samples are taken from this.
