I am trying to find or create this Rubber Arpeggio Sound http://www.speedyshare.com/115832278.html.
Does anyone have any idea how its done?
I know that the original comes from a Nord rack synth, which I hear is famous for its rubbery synth sounds.

Thats basicly just a saw wave with the mod envelope moudulating the pitch so that the pitch goes up very fast the moment a note is triggered.
I think its got a lowpass filter on that also has a medium fast attack so the filter also goes "wup".

Is this the same synths?
i have the Nord Rack 2 VST.
Is it just a skin for DiscoDSP Discovery?

anyway Try the Nordrack 2(or Discovery) and you might get some good results.

sounds like additive synthesis, saw + white noise
then put through some modulator, and a trigger on pitch mod.

there's a program called "VAZ" or "Reaktor" or other modular synthesis program

use it, and you'll be able to hear +/- how a sound is made.

cheerz.
