Simple, all you need is portamento - so the bass note slide 
I think that's it, a bass slide, so use portamento and set the polyphony to mono, play to notes at the same time, and the bass synth will basically go from the first played note to the second one, where the speed it determined by the portamento amount (0 is instantaneous, 100 is a long time )
Or, you could use any other mechanism of mangling the bass pitch, by the pitch bend (hint  ), modulation, lfo, etc.
