Hello,
first of all I like to say that this thread is only meant to share practical experiences with such kind of tools.

I do not consider to use such kind of units to replace acoustic treatment.

Anyone have experiences with IKMultimedias ARC or a Roland M-16DX.

Ok , read some reviews, about the Roland stuff.
It is only a 16 Band EQ which sets itself ... lol

I would rather spend the $500 on room treatment to be honest.

I haven't tried it personally but read about some people seeing improvements in their monitoring with it.

I'm waiting for my microphone preamp to arrive... Have had the ARC system for a week now, but can't use it because my sound card doesn't have 48V Phantom on it...

But I will review the system when I get it up and running

This method doesn't fix the problem where it starts, and even if it's off topic, get a fix is right.

Yeh off course you are right, I just wanted to make clear that this topic is about these Room EQ stuff and just about that topic.

I don't not plan to buy it. I am just curious arent you to?

Next free money will anyways run into treatment.

Well, since my room is so fubar that I can't treat the room, I am willing to try this.
