U can use Reason's sampler. Load your wav into it and tweak the cutoff and LFO knobs to the right amount.

jah rastafari tweak that knob....just assign a sine wave lfo with slow speed to cutoff... or pitch whatever your "rolling sound" is :) |

U can also automate blue filter or any kind of eq to do that job ..... |
