i think its a rompler not a va , im not a fan of them at all ,, maybe it can be nice for pads or leads, but thats to your taste,
. beside that dig it im sure youll find a creative usage of it
was reading this http://reviews.harmony-central.com/reviews/Keyboard+And+MIDI/product/Roland/RS-70/10/1
one good is that its also midi though
romplers are limited to what they can do in front of va synths, totally different way of working, it doesnt matter if its for progress or psy , the sound matters and the modulation capabilities of the synth

Most rompler have a full blown synth architecture just as other synths with only the difference that the oscillator is a sample.
If you want free running Oscs a rompler might be not the right solution, but If you want fixed oscs a romple is quite good, imagine a JD or JV can stack 4 different oscs with each a amp, filter, pitch envelope...           http://facebook.com/ansolas

Even for what it is, it's a terrible synth imo..

I wouldn't find it at all useful..           You believe in the users?
Yeah, sure. If I don't have a user, then who wrote me?
