I got this toy.. don't know what I can do with it..or ehat he can do..

you have a classic machine my friend. I worked for 6 months on it and basicly learned how to write music with it.
u can do a lot with it.
do u have the manual?

yes i do have the menual but i dont know where to start!!
i have alot of buttons!!
the guy who gave me this told me that i need to reset the machine..
do you know how shuld i do it?

With this my friend I can help you I think:)
I have the MC-505 and i believe this should be
the same buttons:
Try to press [SHIFT] + [POWER ON/OFF] buttons and
see if the machine askes you if you want to reset
the machine. Press [ENTER] and everything will be
cooooooollllllll:)

look in the manual for "restore default settings".

and i suggest tha after that u start from page one.

Shindy,
Shift+{on/off} is very like "Alt+Ctl+Del" - u need to hold them together, in your case starting with "Shift"
as far as i can see, you forgot to hold the shift when pressing on/off.........try again, and Read The ....... Manual.
you'll be surprised how usefull it is.

perhaps you should check the manual to find out how to back up whats in the memory beforing wiping it...
you never know, the previous owner might have put some tasty sounds in there

problem with the MC303 is that u have very little memmory to begin with. enough for a 10 minutes originsal track. what is it - 50 user parts? I had "not enough memmory" every time.

and I said in another thread that making music was always simple... what do I know?
