As far as i concern this is cheap performer synthesizer, as cheap i don't mean bad, just simplified model.

If you up to knobturning and beat programming i would go for Juno-4, yes it's new, cheap and good but for performers. After some time you will loose an interest to it.

How i know that? I wanted to buy it too, when it's out.

Juno-D is a ROMpler (a R9-based model) and it's suitable if you play on a rock group(progressive/pop/hard rock etc.). If you make eletronic music, I mean Trance, you should consider another Roland model, like a JP8000 (cheap analog model for amazing sounds and great controller). IMO, you only should buy a ROMpler if you already have some analog synth (modelling or real). ROMplers are suitable for piano, guitars, organs etc. or play a lot of instruments live. However, these sounds can be made using soft samplers or even soft synths. I have a Korg Wavestation SR (it's a wave sequencing-based model, like those wavetable/vector synthesis-based models, but it uses samples burned on ROM instead - you can think about it like a kind of ROMpler) and I never put my hands on it. Even when I need some Grand Piano, I use the soft sampler EXS-24 running on Logic 5.5.

thx for your answers!
i am looking for a hardware synth with kind of warm sounds,
does anybody has tested the new creamware synths? like the Minimax ASB or the prophet Profit-5 ASB
in the case i am looking for different sounds then the nordlead or virus sounds.
