Superwave performer is what you are looking for. it comes in 3 editions i think. check out the trance edition

Superwave is good but not an actual imitation of the jp plus imho it doesnt come very close soundwise .. better
invest in a S/H JP            Peace, Love, Death metal

DJ_Chorman: try the link which S.D6 (Yakir .B.) posted. i tried this synth out yesterday and it's capable of making jp 8000 like lead sounds, which you probably want to do? (the famous trance lead sounds heard in many tracks)

Sorry but as a former owner of the JP8000, that was THE synth in my studio when I was working with hardware, the Superwave is quite far from it, actually if I wouldnt read about it here I wouldnt think of it myself.

No synth so far made the amazing possibilities and the tweaks that came from the Feedback Wave of the JP, no one even came close to it.           A man with a "master plan" is often a woman

okej saw one on ebay! for 400$.
but i wont buy another synth yet..
