well i used to work on a luna 2 card. and when i wanted to record what was coming out of the cubase into the cubase i just connected the asio source with the asio dest. now i`m working on rme fireface and i couldn`t figure out how to do this without actually sending the sound to the analog outputs and plug them right back into the inputs. i`m sure there`s a better way........
anyone knows? and i`m not looking for answers such as : "just export" .

I guess you have to route things in the TOTALMIX software in the tray area ....
Tell me one thing:How does it sound?? The Fireface ??Im waiting for mine in the next week !!!
Althought im a RME user since 2000..

tried tons of connections in the matrix... didn`t find one that works.
if u dig deep enough u just might reach the sky...
