OK this might seem silly but i just wanted to know whether i can run both firewore outs on my RME Fireface 400 at the same time?
1 to go into my mac to feed logic and
2 to go into my PC to feed SX.
Perhaps this could be sync'd as well so i can use both sequencers together where the RME inputs are shared for recording into either DAW?
A very long shot question i know. Just wondering if anyone has tested something like this? |

i guess you can
since there are both drivers for pc and mac and the fireface is set to master clock (as anyway) they should be perfectly synced , i think you can
check the manual on page 27 "multi-client operation" i think it has smthng to do with it
send a message to the rme forum , they will know for sure
have n0t tested this  hh
