RME 9652 HDSP vs RME Multiface

hi there.
the rme multiface has been for a long time the soundcard i was aiming to buy but the almost 1000 euros needed for the multiface plus the pci card is just too much for my pockets hehe. so i started looking after similar ones, and this one RME 9652 which costs aprox 520 euros looks pretty nice.
my question is in terms of audio processing and asio are these two cards the same and the only thing that differs in the external panel of the multiface, or are there any diferences in terms of audio processing between these 2. also if someone has this RNE 9652´, are you happy with it, do you recomend?

hey mate .. i got RME HDSP 92/52, my friend has the multiface
, havent found any differences in terms of audio processing
