it has two modes... external anf=d internal
which refers to whether it uses the ssequencer of cubase or its own internal sequencer
switch it to external, and move the arp switch onto a mode besides "off" , then it should run of the external seq, hold down a chord on your midi keyboard and it should play
then if you set it to internal mode (int) the triggering is via note on, note off messages starting on C0 i think, then every manually made pattern in the step seq can be assigned to a midi note, and the on /off message will trigger the pattern
check on the note reset and button next to it to change the continous setting and have a true on/off trigger

hey white rabbit, glad you enjoying the SA sounds bro ... we have represented at a number of international festivals in the last years .... but I know what you mean .... compared to the full on artists at the festivals each year, its still not very much, organisers are not always that adventurous .... but our sound is becoming much more known now, and i think in 2007 you will see more of the maniacs rising.  |
