downloadhelper for firefox and then a converter to rip the audio from the flv file

Any sound recorder would do the job, all you need to do is make the 'stereo mix' the active recording device in your sound control panel.

I use audacity for that, there is a nice noiseremoval tool in audacity too, that can be very handy for all the noisy audio you get from youtube.
