Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong forum.
I'm trying to track down a copy of Rip Van Hippy's "The Whole World's Hip and That's Not Cool".
I've tried psyshop and they say it's unavailable, I've done an internet search for 'Rip Van Hippy' but it's not been very fruitful...
Any ideas?

Technoid... I'm gald to see u've got such good taste in music.
It's an excellent album, and indeed you can buy it either on Saikosounds or Psy Harmonics as mentionned.
Psyshop for some weird reason don't have too much music coming from Australia or South Africa.

hey guys,thanks for all the kind words,ive only ever sold 3,000 cds over the last 7 years,and i cant even get a gig in my own home town any more!!but the intense loyalty and interest you guys seem to have for my music makes me really happy,and inspires me to keep banging at it!my greek friends nicos and harris did put up the funds for my last cd,and have agreed to release another album i have done with eiji of chofu dark duck,that will be released at the beginning of the summer in europe and japan.psy harmonics is still my label,ollie olsen is making a stunning avante garde masterpiece,and summer has been a blast,but melbourne is still a long way from everywhere else,peace and love.....geoffrey.....ripvanhippy |

ok.
I got to say this.
Your album was by far the most creative album of 2003, and it just kicks ass every time I hear it. If the flight tickets from Australia to Israel and back weren't so friggin' expensive, I'd bring you to play here myself.

hey kaz,thanks.......i just follow my nose,i never really know what a track is going to sound like until its done.but recently ive been in a constant state of inspiration,trying slower tempos,writing songs,some dance music,a lot of ambient,getting a computer and learning cubase was the most empowering gift i ever got!i hope everyone has a go,all thats required is a love for the music and some gear,the whole point of this scene is to bake your own!!
i am humbled to know people<some> love what i do

I have to say I'm one of your biggest fans, Your music is far from being commercial and therefore it doesn't sell - unfortunately. But you know what they say, the majority isn't always right. Just know that many people appreciate you music.
