I always thought their best song was the original cut of Stella from the Logic Trance 2 compilation. Lots of other great tracks on that classic as well, like The Blyz - What Is Sound, Underworld - Rez, FSOL - Papua New Guinea and The Orb - Little Fluffy Clouds... Those were (are) great!! Oh yeah, and Marmion - Schoneberg was on that as well. That was cool too, although the Man With No Name Remix from Distance to Goa 4 was even better

No wonder he died of a heart attack, i know a guy who knew him from his early years in frankfurt, and Mark Spoon lived the life of a rockstar according to his stories. Sex Drugs and Techno to the 20th degree. He musty have been a real nasty pig!!!
But still, Stella and his early work kicked ass, I dont know if we should thank him for Dr. Alban, however...

Pleiadians honour him with the sample from the Age Of Love track on I Believe(first track on their new album).....Jam & Spoon made this track so remarkable known to the whole world remixing it and after 14 years Etnica use some samples reminding us the glory of Mark Spoon.... |
