I've heard of Xerox & Illumination near Capao de Canoa on the 17th February and of a festival soon after this date in the surroundings.
any info about such things ?

my search wasn't succesfull...
hope those rumours I heard were true cause I'm planning a trippy trip to RS in those days.

Yes. XI it playing in Xangri-lá, in the club “Africa”, 02.17.2007. The Festival also happens, limited the 400 people. Edition pvt. I will playing there.
Garapiá Trance Festival. In way to Atlantic Forest, with much music, joy, psychedelic and activation. It happens of 16-20 of February, during the carnival.

es el sitio de club que traerá XI en el carnaval.... al mismo tiempo estara siendo realizada la segunda edicion del Garapiá Trance Festival... cerca de Capao... 1h30m de distancia... sobre el festival vees en www.psyconautas.com...
passa por los dos... sera camino uno del otro desde uruguay...saludos y q la pases bien en brasil

last year we had a great time in RS in carnival, so we are planning a second round.

Well dude...
for now... I think there is nothing that has been divulged yet.... and there is no festival for now in this date in this place that u want...
But I can give u a tip, there is a festival that will going to happen in carnival called Soul Vision
have a look

Now... if u really want go to Garapiá... wait for the end of january to see parties or festivals if will happen.
