Can anyone tell me what tune this is? And also if anyone knows how to make the distinct Synth hit that comes in properly at 1:01 ?

try stuttering a sample at 64th or more notes for a second or 2 then export it and put it into a sampler unless you are talking about the other sound

Sounds about right to me... there is also a few other synth sounds layered with it.

i heard rinkadink is a fan of very 'straight-up' bass, i.e. minimal processing, simple hi-pass + lo-pass eq, and leaving as much fullness in there as possible.

not sure who did the bass though, certainly m-theory are capable of awesome bass sound

One of the guys from m-theory once told me that both him & rinkadink like to use Trilogy + Quadrafuzz + BBE Sonic Maximizer + very minimal eq as AEON already mentioned.

the bass is not that full ... its the kick that is all over the place...
