don't really know where to look for Latvia and Riga here on this forum.
but im looking for a promoter there. if anyone could help me out a.s.a.p it would be really great

Well, i guess you should try on Scandinavia forum, cause Latvia it there up north and have nothing to do with balkans hehe

may be you will have more luck in the russian section.
( or may be some moderator could just move it into the russian section:)

if you ask them , they will give you promoters, i guess. balkans is far from latvia so nobody can help you here i think:)

well they speak russian.
did you try in the russian forum?
i know a few people from latvia, they are so beautiful. i waas travelling with them in india. they are doing a magazine called yoga....
latvia is great....
