there is no correct forum with Latvia, lithuania and the countries in that area.
but im looking for someone in Riga, Latvia. . does anyone have any contact to any promoters there?

wud be cool to set up some interstate parties while travling psy travlers hangin around wastin time in airports while waiting for a flight
i mean there lots of non direct flight , like airbaltic company has seem like all of they flights goes via riga , some times it may take alot of time between dep flights
so u go in berlin goin helsinki 1st , book flight to berlin with 2 hops flight , beamin down in riga and having a party , then u fly away to the final destination place
