Hey dude.
It sounds like you have a reverb on your master?.
Or perhaps its just on the base, it sounds a bit weird to me. Like its lying in the back.
The baseline becomes a bit repetitive, if you want to make it that bouncy maybe you should develop a bit more.
Especially after 2.30 to get the feeling: this is developing towards something.

Hi! The mix seems a little off on this, as some elements seem too loud (the initial fuzz lead and the drum kit), and the kick and bass should be bigger / more up front.
Nevertheless, my answer is just based on the "conventional", and if you're trying to go with something new and different, then go for it.
Also, I agree with Grevinsky, at 2:30 is could easily build into another bassline, with a different groove One way to produce it would be keep the bassline at 2:30, but make the initial bassline with just one note, and gradually introduce the grooves notes until the 2:30 section (could also be curious if you only introduce a couple of notes, making the full bassline even more dramatic when it comes in).
A couple of rhythm synths in there (think about the main leads in "Boom Shankar") could be the bomb!
