Does anyone know if you can Rewire Logic (mac) with Cubase 5 (PC)? Is this possible?

As far as I know Rewire only works between applications on the same machine.

Probably you could simply connect them via MIDI and audio or via Network. Or via OSC (http://opensoundcontrol.org/introduction-osc)

connect then via midi ... master and slave
