rewire my Reason outputs into a good sequenser

I´m sorry, this question could sound a little silly,,,
But I don´t know the mean of the word "rewire", and I have the problem to how equileze and masterize my reason songs out of reason...
Can anybody help me?

rewire is when you open a sequencer like logic and cubase and after you open reason
reason gets rewired to the sequencer, what means that you will hear reason trough two channels in the sequencer (stereo), time and play functions will be controled by the sequencer.Basically, the sequencer will get in control of reason.
