Im working on this track

Im using fl, but I think I need a new compressor, another reverb, flanger and chorus, and mayby EQ to.

so I wanna hear you guys what you are using?

- And do you know where I can find a video, or something about open hihats, snares, drumloops. I really think I need to improve in that area.           https://soundcloud.com/peter-fh

Btw if you wanna listen to the track. I think you should open soundcloud the quality is a bit better when you play it from there, not from here.           https://soundcloud.com/peter-fh

Hi!

I`ve just listened your track and on my opinion its not about effect which you use but maily how you used them. Sure every plugin or hard staff has different character but if you use it wrong it will sound wrong anyway no matter what. I have only headphones now but I think that your beat isnt absolutely wrong... If I was you I will spend more time on sounds and leads.

You can find a lot of tutorials about everything on youtube, for example:

I agree with Nebulosity, however a high quality reverb plugin is essential, this is necessary to create the sound stage upon which your music sits, hi end reverbs add depth and sparkle to your track. Also you should use a different eq for boosting and cutting .
