Delay on bassline done well. One of my all time favorite tunes and Tranan's best track ever.

I use both from time to time on k&b group, but only for the special psychedelic effect. Mostly in night music. Will upload the most recent Overdream track with that effect later tonight.

Bx control at bottom of the chain mono sum point at 120hz and narrow the image if use delay on bass..

I love wider boy pro on bass also

yeah i did tried delay also , in some tracks it works and some not !! and if you wanna do it just do a bit of feedback ! I like it with rolling basslines ! and first i hear then with kick and bass how it sounds and just adjust the delay very gently !! always good to experiment ! peace bro

i have good results from using bass reverb as a send effect as supergroover mentioned. In some break down sections that still have bass or something, if there is a high note, I send that to a return with a wide reverb that is high passed at 50 or 100 or something. sending just the one note and then the bass returns to its normal mode creates a cool effect.

but its as makus said, kind of a special effect thing really...           --
