sure that works just matter of your bass.....

delays if synced or not should be timebased and according to your bpm, except you want some metallic fx etc. recommendation uhbik d, timeless,.....
to reverbs i´d say more feedback machine or uhbik a,also like 2caether, and äääähh, well.....many ways to rome.
you could shape the tail and sample/resample, could lower the wet, smaller the room, dampen the reflections, etc. etc. if it gets too buisy, just clear it up on the source or get another reverb plug. i tend to use different ones just for the case i need. for long and big reverbs and fx stuff i like to use aether, it´s pretty cool and versatile plug with its own eq and really precise possibilities to shape the sound. for short reverbs, ER stuff and room arrangement i tend to use uhbik a.

try around mate, learn about the basics of a reverb and this question should be done.....

er means early reflections, so ....like the name already says, it´s the reflection you will recognize first if you´re near to the reflection source. the more distance between you and the reflection source the less ER you will hear and the more LR will appear (and sure vica verse), late reflections. the LR are usually the ones we set up for big reverbs with long tails, the ER you set up to set the distance between listener and reflection source, so let´s say the depth of the room (could also say LR for size of the room maybe) pls someone correct me if im wrong, just tried to find some own simple words for it.....

hope that kinda helps, cheers

first of all thanks for your specified answer. but acttualy i was confused with what i meant to ask. i didn't mean to ask about ER. i was confused with impulse response reverbs (the real reverbs like IR1, altiverb and REVerence). i know those reverbs should be better for clean mix, but i didn't succeed to make with them long reverbs. so is it me or is it realy impossible to make long reverb with impulse response reverbs?

and what is LR?
