im not going to speak about legend GB party org group and their label and releases but about trance itself and slow coming down to the sorces of tribe dance expiriences. as u know trance started and took the frist inpressions and inspirations from acid house and techno. those days the Bass drived the parties, ppl came to party to feel the bass kick their body and move with it. from this point psychedelic trance improved into such syntysizer paradise world and bass was taken to second nondominate position.
lats years (2-3) the thing of tech trance and progressive started to be around. more and more music based in it production mainly in bass lines and percussions. meaning of this is more minimal sound (for make a clear hearing of bass and kick) and more techno structure (to give u expirience every loop).
what i wanted to say its a answer to ppl who ask "what and why u like progressive and how can u dig it for a hours ??".
the new music that u say "is not trance at all and.." is a much more classic open air sound and much more close to our family sources.
trance scene and music became much closer and much more openmined then all this 10 years. now we not a music that nobody can listen exept litlle number of ppl but a musicthat can offer something to everybody.
bom to good music and to progress that take us forward.. forward to the sources..

the nature of music is that it evolves all the time....
i like more full on for example but i'm openminded for all other genres
and the main thing that i love jumping to is the bass + kick...

imo the bass+kick are the main (and most important) part of not only minimal music but in full-on and techno-trance. so it has always been this way for me...

it seems to me that with the upcoming progressive and techtrance music tribal spirit of trance is going down
i suppose that it will not die under the press of glamour minimal music - music for clubs

very nice opinion poison inside..
u sure will say trible sounds is less good for trible dance but a full on is a real tribe sound.. well,guess we talk about different tribes..
to the kick + bass thing - sure its importent at all electronic dance music but be honey the main position it have at tech-trance and especialy minimal and proogy stuff that based and most builded on it..

i meant its the part of the track that "does it for me" the most. Though as Sound Surgeon mentioned, the effects and other parts enhance the expirience
