Transmission Start......Onkel Dunkel is the result of an over active
imagination coupled with technology. Its the solo project of Monno member
of G.O.W. Originally started up in 2003, the Onkel Dunkel project has been
in hiatus mode up until 2005 where it slowly but surely worked its way
from imagination to sequencer and in 2007 on to releasing material.
Inspiration comes from everywhere possible, as well as sound sources of
all manners. Above all else a love of organic synth sounds and
electronics.
Pointless trivia you might not need to know, but you're gonna anyway:

re-generation. His Deep-Rooted Earth Trance shoots you into a shamanistic
journey of self-discovery through jungles of tangled dimensions and
molecular catacombs, while his neuro-sonic soundscapes bring you
strategically up for air. Newly returned from a Southeast Asia tour,
hailing from Thailand, through Laos, & deep into India, Waater brings
gifts of sonic vibrations to ears of the west. The dance community
collectively pauses in anticipation of his new sound. ...It is a bit of a
sociological experiment as well, but more so in the fashion of bridging
gaps between worlds and sharing ideals between one another, whether they
work or not. This is art..
DR. BONES (Over Mind Works/Molecular) AK/SEA
-- A recent tranceplant from the Arkansas debris. Dr. Bones (Dustin) has
been a part of the communites for over the past 7+ years. Creating the
trance where there was none. Bringing us into the future, he is a sure fire to
blow a whole through our heads. Be ready for the unexpected.
AZEBAN (Molecular) NYC/SEA/Earth
-- Bringing the juices and flow of the universe to a forward, mixing
with trickery and trancing, Azeban (Randall Leads) comes at us
technologically & deviously with a sound sure to cook our brains.
GOA PETE (Shiva Family/Organix) VAN, BC
-- Goa Pete is Puneet Krishna (Pete) originally from New Delhi (India), visited Goa for the first time in 1989. This became a yearly ritual for him, attending the wild and crazy parties, which eventually changed his life completely. He embarked upon a quest for some good "Goan Trance", eventually moving to Goa with his equipment and taking up a guesthouse on the beaches of Goa. He was playing at his guesthouse every evening in Goa. In 2001, he moved to Vancouver from Goa, hence the name Goa Pete. Playing some full on maddening sets at clubs & outdoor parties alike, he is one dj who loves playing nighttime thumpers.

-- Om Maha MAHADEV!!!! Ry'N of portland will be joining us, a true visionary, sound engineer & an amazing mover.
Ry'N has been a favourite of ours for some time now & we are truly honored to have him come and grace the decks.
LARA (seattle)
-- Spinning music from about the globe. This is a true vixen of the decks. A northwest favorite & a northwest treat. Graceful & balanced, a lover & a dancer. Lara has been moving in about the communities, originally from vancouver, for the 7+ years.
HERBIE (Apollos Lute/Molecular) PDX
-- He will drink you as you have never been drank before. Herbzilla has been an avid dancer & trancer for over 14 years (being a first warehouse party in '94). Pulling together trancedance gatherings since 2001. He has an ear for the candy & the tones of the unknown. Some may say, there is something in the trees.
MUSCHI (Inertia-Labs) SEA
-- A true veteran within the era of the trance in the greater Northwest, since
the beginning before there was none. There was Muschi. And before Muschi,
there was nothing. Join us for a Dance, celebrate, & Come together.
THE GOA CONSTRICTOR (Bagscrapers) PdXXX
-- The pioneer of the south. An avid trancer & tracer, waiting for your head to
explode. This is the beginning.
IDMERCIAL (Import-Exploit/Molecular) SEA
-- Idmercial (Gerald Mackenzie) has been working hard on many new compositions
& composetries. Anomaly INFECT. Disrupt the system.., COPULATE. Owner of the
record label, 'Import-Exploit', newly formed & already recieving worldwide
recognition about the dancefloors around the globe, this monster is ready to
bring us something quite unique. Be ready for an onslaught of sound you may
have never even thought imaginable.

Regardless of where he is physically standing on this planet, CID 6.7 must have been living it up on another world. Due to his PSYCHO-delic mind melting mentality most of his time was spent deep in the sand pits of Goa, with occasional trips to London and Amsterdam.

A true persona with a lot of love to give & an amazing DJ with skills
