Hey everybody..
My Soundcard doesn't work with 44.1 kHz, so I have to work with 48.0 kHz, which is fine. The problem is the export. I always have to export it in 48 kHz and then use the "Resampler" in Wavelab to convert it to 44.1 kHz. (If I convert it directly in the export, there's a slight change in the tempo and the pitch of the song).
Isn't there a plugin for Cubase which does the same job as "Resampler" in Wavelab? That is, it recognises the incoming frequency (in my case 48.0 kHz) and you can tell it to convert it into the desired frequency (44.1 kHz).

i used to do that, but i think it changed the pitch slightly.. because whenever i mixed the tracks with other (released) tracks, their speed was not constant with that of others (that is, the 0.7 / bpm - rule didn't apply..).
since i export it as 48.0 kHz from cubase and then use resampler in wl before saving it as a 44.1 kHz file, the problem is gone..

dunno either.. so you say it's just fine to export it to the desired samplerate? what's the "resampler" good for then?
i'm just asking since i assume there is a reason they made that plugin "resampler" for wavelab, coz you can also just save a 48.0 kHz file to a 44.1 kHz file in wavelab..
