Sounds like the hat in zyce and kingpink - under the tree...so I conclude sample from there, they got asked, sample pack I guess
Well there could be a specific FX on the channel too

Slap bit-crusher or some distortion/saturation, experiment with effects, it's quite interesting, than seeking for sample so you can sound the same..

I'm sure that with these packages samples that you quoted you find excelent hats.
experiment with volume, sample length, tuning, and FX.

Well I managed in quite short period of time to get so many different hits from one ordinary hat programed in Sylenth with phaser engaged, bounced it and chop out the best hits, than went nuts, but just slap Waves Engima and play little with settings, than engage recording and you instantly have so much different hits you can't even imagine, I give it little touch of Logic's bitcrusher on 24 bit, downsampling x2 just to give it that character, than slaped Echoboy with FM radio style 1/64 rhytm echo. played with shape and repeats, put on 100% wet and now had just effected shots to chop out, again totally interesting and wicked, it was fun, I guess with tambourin you are basically there, it's that sound, just play with effects and transform the sound, I think there is no point to get that actual thing, if you want that chop it from track and you have it, but really you can get so many different things just messing around.
Sorry if I sounded like a douche, but "how to sound exactly like someone else" is not really something I'm excited about, having in mind that with just little time and experimentaion you can get so many original, interesting and different things, but your call
