S2Rent itīs the chepeast rent a car in portugal but you only hv Smart carīs and the reservation must be via internet.The location to pick up the car itīs cascais 30kmīs from the center of Lisbon.
If you want a bigger car i think its easy for you to look in the internet, because the prices are allways changing and this companies make a lot of promotions and maybe you can rent one with a good promotion.
