You can't do it.
All those programs work very badly on a very limited number of tracks.

Want to know a great trick for pulling out a cappella or other sample elements of a CD's track so you can mix it into different music? Just use S1 MS Matrix on the stereo track of the song to phase-invert the audio. You can have access to little portions of the vocals or other things that you could never separate from the full stereo track. Of course, the end result is not stereo but mono, but this is still a great trick for DJ mixing.

the reason why you can extract the vocal is because the vocal is recordet in mono.

All programs do the same - phase invertion using Billy's method.
This is the only way to do it - and it works only with perfect mono vocal tracks. If the vocal is recorded in stereo you will get really crappy results.
You will also remove anything that is perfectly in the middle.
So no - you can't do it. The only way to get it is to get a mixdown of the project with the vocal channel muted, or soloed.
