1st you can use Winamp voice removal plugin
search for it on the web and then record it out.

or you can take the voice you are so desire to remove and make a whole track compatible to the environment of it and make a creative mix.

but if you really want to do something close to perfect then forget it.

like all previous examples it is not possible,
