I presume you can change the bpm and then fine tune the pitch with a pitch correction tool like AUTO TUNE from antares or SoundToys PitchDoctor but the thing is that this is for vocal correction so dont know if the same principle applies, and by the way why do you wanna change the pitch???           Visit me

Digital_Outlaws, simply make a time stretch. this will not affect the pitch, but change the tempo!

you can do that in cubase, in wavelab and in other sequencers and audio editors.

if the track is already "rendered" to a single wav file, time stretch should not mess up with any sync of samples. but yep, time stretch can mess up with the quality of the track, if an inferior algorithm is used.

Hey man, have u tried Live or Melodyne??
They will do the job better than anything else....
You can also use cubase abd time stretch it, but u have to makes sure u do it properly, otherwise if u apply too much time stratch the file will loose some quality

yeah unfortunatelly time stretching will always bring some distortion, at least as far as I´ve experimented (cubase, ableton live, cool edit)
