Hi guys, i was wondering skazi made a rmx of metallica, growling machines of depeche mode, wrecked machines of born sleep??
do u guys think theyb did all the paper work and all that good stuff??

maybe not!
I remember there was quite a bit of controversy here int he US when it became known that a lot of hiphop artists used unlicensed samples. Who knows?
Personally if I was going to remix, I would do whatever I could to make sure I didnt get sued.

We've been over this - generally speaking, Psytrance does not make enough money for anyone to care.
It would cost more in legal fees to sue that you would be able to get in damages from a psy record company.
Most psy releases are considered a big success if they sell more than a few thousand copies. This is several orders of magnitude less than major record companies send out as free promos alone.

now in this days people pay money and that's called copyrights , even Like Skazy who probebly payed money to make i"m gonna send him 2 out of space rmx of prodegy..
some make , dont pay and dont get caught , i think it's all depeneds on the money u make out of the track , or how u gonna publish it ...
