Lena Katina, the star of the Russian pop sensation, t.A.T.u, launched a remix contest on Kroogi.com. You can put your spin on several t.A.T.u. songs. The winning tracks will be featured on the group’s upcoming remix compilation release.

If it was 1 track I would go for it bu 4 is a bit too much... dont have time to do such comercial stuff.

^ You know, my initial reaction was a smirk too. But now I am thinking this is actually an interesting challenge. When you hear Astrix's track in IM's remix, it's nothing revolutionary. To create a psy trance mix of a pop song is a different matter. Maybe that's what I will do for my first project. There is no way I'd finish in 2 weeks, though...
Of course, the Ultimate Challenge would be to take one song and remix it to every one of the proposed genres... |
