Blue Planet Corporation produced one of the finest psy trance albums ever ten years ago and since then he is preety much dissapeared.Only recently he produced some new music which is very good but very different though.
Skazi also produced a superb debut album that redifined the psy trance sound of that time but after that he managed to destroy everything, such a pity...
Power Source are among the top ten groups ever in this scene in my humble opinion,i dont understand why they stopped producing.Their goa tunes are all time classics.
Same with Mystica that produced an excellent album and then dissapeared.Even Paul Oakenfold liked their stuff.
Yahel after introducing us to one of the finest works ever to come out from Israel (Waves Of Sound album) he decided he wants to be a pop star and dissapointed everyone who loved him so far.
Erez from Infected is along with Simon Posford the brightest producer of the scene but instead of producing gems like The Messenger and Blue Rythmic Night he decided he wants to be part of a group....
Sandman where the heck are you mate?Green House Effect album is one of my all time favorites, genious music.
Last but not least Cosma who would be the number one Israeli artist at the moment (and not only) if his sands of time didnt run out.He will always be remembered through his majestic work and i am glad i met him and worked with him at least once just two months before his accident.

X-Dream
Hallucinogen
The Delta
Spirallianz
Blue Planet Corporation
Prometheus
KoxBox
Son Kite
and Cosma for sure, may his soul rest in peace
its more or less the sound that everyone listened to in period 1999-2003 over here, and its the best period ever hehe

Double Dragon blew me away with his album, listening to Tin Drum in an enchanting english forest is dangerous as you might simply want to camp out there for the rest of your life, in an endless party in your mind.
Too bad he is not around with the trance stuff.

to detox: power source and sandman are still active (djing atleast) and yes they still sound incredible
i have to agree with most opinions here but what login wrote i think perfectly fits the description of what the original poster meant - the misted muppet - they made only one incredible album which was so totally different then the formulatic fullon released at that time and immediately disappeared after that... i really think they had the makings of an act to remember - from the legend is just a piece of art period. |

heh... ever since the classics thread opened im finding myself only listening to oldies... and even that its been said a thousand times and probably will be... nothing nostalgic about this but the majority of trance music made until around 2000-2001 WAS in fact so much better than nowdays's music... |

I don't use ideas. Every time I have an idea it's too limiting, and usually turns out to be a disappointment. But I haven't run out of curiosity. -RR |

Spirallianz, they evolved to techno, wonder what they should be doing now in trance
