Ive been thinking about artists who came, made an impression, and left.

The reason i am writing is mainly because i just found myself listening to vibrasphere - purple floating (cosma remix) and suddenly realized, Mr Livne passed away in a tragic accident in India a few years ago if i remember the circumstances correcty.

Now Cosma made a big impression on me back in the golden days, always fresh and vivid, and still vivid productionwise i might add. Is there any artist out there who made a big impression on you, and why?

What happend to them next?

Too many names come to my mind, including GMS and Skazy. What happened to them? Well, let's skip that one...

Some of my favorites back them were Rinkadink, Timetech, Haldolium and of course Cosma too (The Time has Come and We are the Same are sort of all time favorites)...

Cosma will always be, 2 months before he passed away, I was lucky enough to see him live for a small crowd of aprox 75 people in my hometown, Guadalajara Mexico, still remember yok yok being play, cuz´ we were there for 1 reason only, TO WORK!!!

Also I´d add Hux Flux and Altom to that list....           www.instagram.com/ckloro

definitly

it influenced me, mainly because of his feeling in the music..didn´t need to use horror samples, or 160 170 bpm music, to make superb music for the night

the feeling of his music is simply indescritible..

I met Halidolium at voov 2004 briefly, so i guess you could say he made an impression on me aswell. And not only thru a nice personality, the music has been great aswell. He is not active anymore?

I think i wasnt clear enough when i wrote my original message. What i am asking for is an explanation to why these artists made an impression, not only who.

too many really.A whole league of titans with individual aspects.I like to mention old Transwave and Etnica records for brilliant magic melodies great night music with a deep shanti spirit.Music which I still really like. There are some tunes which are more than tunes for me made me recon electronic music can be timeless as simplicity can.           https://soundcloud.com/shivagarden

For me, It would have to be Prana or Darshan. I love all the music Prana did back then. It made an impression on me because at that point this was something totally new I had ever heard before and sounded nice when stoned           https://www.djjeto.com
