What kind of relation you think that dancers must have with the dj on a party?
What a dj expects from dancers the time of mixing for the best mixing skills?
There is an exchange of energy that happens between djs and dancers,a good dj must let the free flow to reach a state that should play the music that dancers want.Always good spirit between both sides.Dancers is good to have clean mind, quick and smart thoughts, and try to get syntonized their vibe frequency and wave length,as possible that could happen with the djs vibe,no any negativity from anyone ,I mean thoughts like"I dont like this dj" or "how stupid style that dancer have".
I believe that dancers have to help dj with their energy and dj help dancers also.
Goa Gill said that he is a techno shaman and every dj must act like this way,so a dj is the leader for a safe trip in dancing.
Thoughts please!

Definately the Dj is supposed to be so...he has power of taking th people somewere and this can lead to so much higher states of conciousness, love, peace and ego less night! When this happens it's trance!

I'd say that the DJ is somehow should target him\her self at the crowd... like marketing, see what people like more, or less...
All the Dj need from the crowd is acceptation and some kind of trust...For example an individual who has negative opinion about the Dj will never be able to enjoy or judge his work properly...

They should keep an open mind and relate to the music directly. The DJ is less important, its the music that matters, the dancers must relate to the music and each other not to the DJ as such.
If at all relating personally to the DJ, I think they should relate to him/her/it as a fellow dancer/participant.
No hierakies - Everybody on the same level. (Im talking socially, not whether the dj is standing on a box or hanging suspended in air like a god).

Ehhh ? I dont understand that one. Im guessing you mean what the DJ will need in order to achieve the best mixing result ?
Good functioning gear, dancers who respect that they should not disturb him/her/it in the middle of the set, people behaving good and spreading positive vibes.
Also, I dont think Goa Gil said every DJ must act in any particular way. He just says how he relates to DJing and what it is to him, how he sees the crowd.
His philosophy in regards to DJing is very much founded in religious/tribal beliefs, you can build on that if you want, it doesnt end nor begin with Goa Gil.
No artist decides what is right or wrong for others.
The dancefloor decides what works on a collective level, the individual decides what works on a personal level.

For me, the word story is badly chosen - Voyage fits better.
Also, its hard to put into words - but, if you look upon a DJ set like a train ride through different landscapes(soundscapes) the "story" is the sum of the voyage.
Well - Story is too concrete and to literal .. for me, voyage fits better
Btw, I fully support all you replied.
Bon Voyage Mon amis ;-)

dont you beleive Krell that a dancer is able to help or not to help the dj with his/her energy?
I remeber before years at party ,an old friend dj(I met him first time at the party)who was playing told me that I make him difficult at mix(at the end of the party we discussed) at the first minutes as I was dancing with my energy, but after a while he had and easier mix.I told him about something common that we experienced, and that I was also on a bad trip at the beggining, and after I while found my peace with posistive feelings.
So we see how important is the exchange of energy between dj and dancers.

Sounds like a neat story copendra.
To answer relative to my own perception of reality - Dancers who create good vibrations, smiling and throwing themselves (mind & body) into the music makes the DJ happy, and a happy DJ performs better due to more selfconfidence as well as focus on keeping the concentration.
In turn, a happy, self confident, smiling & focused DJ creates better mixes..
So, yes there is a connection between the dancers & the DJ like there is a connection between the dancers themselves.
Everybody is connected at a party. Dancers, DJs, Deco people, Organizers, Bouncers etc.
Best Wishes
