hi all...i want to know, how many of you artists out there are officialy registering your artist name as a business? Personally, my name (Sensient) is also the name of an american technology company (i thought of the name before i knew this)...im worried that i need to change it, or do people think i should not bother? |

Its not a business company name so you cant register it from what i know

dont bother baba...
as an example i was talking about tegma with my mother since she heard me while i was playing bloody mary and she asked me who this was, she was quite amazed by their style btw... i said its TEGMA mama....
she told me that an old company who made the old police uniform here in sweden called themselfs Tegma aswell  so dont worry

Not really, but my dad loves Shpongle and Juno Reactor's Shango.
But that's offtopic.
Back to topic:
I think that bigger Rock bands actually do register their name.
For example, when Suede {great british rock band} when touring in US they had to change their name to London Suede because in US already was a band with such name...
