Since we are talking about a reformed psy generation here, guess we all need to first truly believe deep down that this whole trance dance euphoria is NOTHING WRONG !!! It's a choice we've made and with that choice comes a price, in our case, the authorities are still not convinced about the whole rave culture being any good ! It's like one big misunderstanding thanks to ignorance and meta programming ! The rave culture always had some socio-political anomalies and still does in some places ... The Trance Dance experience has got a lil' diluted and confused with the regular party scene over the years ! WHY would you run for the nearest exit if the cops arrive at a party / rave posing to be doing the righteous job of eradicating evil in the form of drugs and raves... ? That just says you believe you are a part of something gravely wrong.  If you are the kind who runs at the sight of a cop coz' you got a conscience barking at confused judgment, you rather NOT take a chance at a rave !  We need to send out the right message, a positive vibe with whatever we do ! It's all a little more than just plur talk !
Guess the new age dark wave has brought forth a multitude of hidden fears so we can see them right in the eye  and bid adieu !

interesting point bates but unfortuneately if ur idea is 2 create awareness abt the nobility of our cause by gettin arrested u gotta think again.. our noble democrats dont give a dam abt raves or if we do drugs or our idealogies.. the idea is for our esteemed authorities gettin promos n earnin a shitload of money/publicity by busting ravers n its generally understood amongst them tht ravers will willingly shell out 2k-8k ata go to save frm gettin busted.. good business hey?? if u ask me the last thing on their minds is eradicating the drug/rave scene al2gether not good for business i say... sides u think standing there and making a stand will eradicate decades of programming tht drugs r bad??

True it's big dirty business going on and maybe getting arrested won't change much, but i don't know if running in fear helps either !  Who said stand and be a part of all the drama ? Not running doesn't mean standing Baba ! You could just walk out and even if you do get arrested midway,wtf, the media would love to hear if you have something sensible to talk about !  In the end we all get out alive but there is certainly no stigma associated with the world so foolishly considers disastrously wrong ! If it makes you happy, it can't be that bad eh !  ...

The problem is not with the culture, but negativity connected to it, The socoiety wil never accept this as this leads to addiction n attachment, n both r bad for personal development |

if you're fooling yourself thinking this is anything else, get a reality check...Anybody who talks about getting closer to god or even being more spiritual with the aid of substances is fucking deluded...All those babas in manali or varanasi smoking chillums day and night and talking about god..BULLSHIT.
the path to enlightenment is narrow and devoid of intoxicants and as psycoactive said" addiction and attachment"
we like to go off our heads and dance with our demons, hopefully get back home..but never ever fool yourselves into thinking that this is the RIGHT PATH

Cause it is scary shit when you dont know whats happening.. people drinking water and redbulls and dancing 48hrs straight?Jesus Christ..
Thats why we gotta keep it underground and never ever propogate the path of psy making it sound like a cause!!!.
Also busts have been happening where? at parties where the clear motive is to make money!!!
Psy is the last underground frontier of music.. It'll never be mainstream. All those peeps with profit motives will fail eventually.. this is the blessing and curse of psytrance.....
Anyways, the day the whole world starts doing acid, i'm running for the hills.

@ breatheeasy... baba i hear wot ur saying abt not needing psychoactives n all... n if u have a mind not to u really dont... but then u cant dispute the fact tht if not gettin u closer 2 god they tend to get u a lil closer 2 urself n to others aroun u... besides the thing most ppl dont realise is.. its not wot u do or how much.. but how u do it tht counts... try having a go at Leary's "doing drugs the right way"... and yea if u do it th right way n dont go overboard nuffin comes back to bite ur backside...

What one strongly desires n has liking for nature provides it to the seeker. Each individual is made up of different mind stuff n qualities. Many desires r still latent in the sub conscious, which surfaces time after time to b fulfilled, the stronger ones in the waking state n some in d dreams.
whatever deed commited for personal gain or keeping ones intrest in mind adds up as a karma, either Good or Bad has to bear results. If ur deeds r positive one n selfless n more towards benefit of others, nature natrually provides wid, power success n supports the selfless doer, wid immense oppurtunities n positivity. |
