I actually was thinkinig of the the other synth, listen at 2:15 there's only kick bass percussion and voice sample AND the actual synth i am seeking to reproduce somehow - wich is very descreet, has the same pattern than the bass and sounds some how like a reduxed kind of thingy.

sad you asnwer the question yourself and dont just go for it xD
honestly i did not listen to the song, just by reading i guess you mean a layer on top of the bass. i tend to play it an octave above the bass, a lot of redux/distortion/fuzz and some slight and short delay. many trance artists i listened to like to put it full stereo, i tend to keep it more in the middle leaving space for fx sounds full stereo.
its simple, if you got a kbbb pattern playing 2nd and fourth beat the offbeat b on e instead of rest playin d in example, you just double the basssynth, lowcut, erase the b´s except that e and turn your synthtune 12semis up or put the notes an octave higher. lowcut, fuzz, delay, take out sine, give pulse maybe, play around, change notes, give velocity, change length, apply chorus/air/etc., enjoy, woodle your doodle and there you go
