God damn...
The man who written that story is a pain in the ass neighbour... I mean - why tha hell does he care if there's a chiken in his yard or a dog or whatever...
Or how he builds stuff and he calls the City hall to make him stop building things in his own property... That's just being a pain in the ass...
Of course the neighbour is wrong with some things - but - u get my idea.

arsim or shimonim and rednecks are two totaly different things.
well, they have something in common.
the total lack of respect for other ppl.
