hey guys ,
i dont know wat is really happening here ...
in this project tht im working on in nuendo ...even thought the cpu usage is 15 % , every time i hit stop on the transport , the red light lights up ! inditacting some kida cpu overflow ! u know wat i mean !
but this abnormality only happens in this particular project and rest al projects work 5n ...
pls help guys ??? b4 i get freaked out !

You really don't want to know what problems my Cubase does, even though there is no real reason for it.

I bet it's the infamous "denormalization problem" that manifests itself mostly (only?) on P4.. you can find more about it by searching in google.
[if your CPU is not a P4, skip this message]
In short, it's a P4 bug that makes certain floating point operations execute very slowly. There are ways to avoid it, but some older plugins fail to do it properly (esp. filters and reverbs, but AFAIK Halion has it too).
There's not much you can do other than find out what plugin(s) is/are causing it (by switching them off one by one), and then finding a proper replacement.. another option is switching to AMD, of course 
P.S If you find out what plugin is causing that, could you please mention it here? really useful info |

but , guys i havent loaded any inserts yet ...
only working with raw audio and vsti trks !
and btw , i found out , all the 3 projects tht i converted frm cubase . cpr to nuendo .npr have this problem ...
projects tht i started / made in nuendo work amazingly well ...
yes i do have a p4 2.8 ghz intel , but i dont think its a denormalization problem !
lemme know wat u guys think abt it !

Wierd those little Gnomes, wich sitting inside our CPU`s and fucking up our steinber Toolz...
My Nuendo 2.O (I payed it but it dosen`t run normally...)
I i open Nuendo, it begin inizializing vst, loading Midi, etc.... and then, the little Gnome comes to work and just in the Moment where Nuendo should open the Window, it disappear withaut a message or a tone or something.
Close window and disappear....
strange doings...
(Best is, i downloaded a Cracked version of nuendo and it runns.... WIIIIEEERRRDDD"
