Recycle is a very simple program.
I usually use recycle to create rex + midi file to load onto battery 3, at the time of battery 2 I was not extracting rex but segments of audio file.anyway you can load rex onto many samplers (esx24 for logic user I used to love that one )

1.just load up the file
2. i enter the number of bar( check the bpm on the Right)
3. i move the sens fader so i get enough slice to be satisfied with, and edit them if necessary
4.work with the envellope if necessary....

then export the midi and save the rex.

that's it really i never use comp or cuts ect...

Maybe there is more to it but i wouldn't know about it , hope this helps a bit
