There's not going to be much - most people bought their stuff mailorder from Chaos Unlimited - but that shut down very recently.
Psy DMT in the stables market in camden used to have a reasonable selection - but being right in the middle of tourist land - the prices werent cheap.
Sadly that store closed - but they did open a stall round the corner - which when I was last there - just seemed to be getting rid of old stock. You'll find a few stalls round Camden selling the odd CD - but you'll probably need london resident (rather than occasional visitor like me) to let you know if there is anything else.

there are basically 2 shops selling updated music in London at this moment both of them are in the stables market:
first is the Psychedelic dream temple which relocated to a smaller stall and now specializing in progressive and chill out music and is fully updated, and the second one also in camden stables market is Cyberdog clothes shop who is dealing mainly with psy trance and full on as wel as hard housend is quite updated in those genres as far as i know
