OK, I have been on this laptop for about a year now, and it isnt especially designed for music or audio. I have a hard disk of 4.3 Giga of which 2.5 Giga is mp3's. I do not have an external cd writer (if someone in Haifa does, and doesn't mind me coming over with the lap-top to burn some cd's.. let me know).
Now, I transfer my music to mini in mp3 form through the USB... the quality sucks for the most part. What is the best way to transfer the music. Should I convert the songs to wav and then transfer, should I buy better cables... HELP!!!...

well i transfer music from my PC to my MD and it's not bad at all just make sure u got a good cable and an MP3 which has a quality of 192 Kbps or more... i just plug in the stereo->stereo cable into the sound card source. play the media in winamp and press record on the MD. |

Dear Hank,
Ive got a pretty crappy SB and had quite a dilema between my USB connection and the SB output, i used to think at my first recordings that the USB output sucks but i noticed the only problem is that it needs some equalizer work, increase the loud sounds a bit, especially the bass, the quality is pretty good, try it yourself :)
On another note youre more than welcome to drop off here, chill, burn cds, exchange some music (and maybe other things too :) or any other thing thats on ur mind hehe :) |
