To rec, activate the channel with Arm buttom...Press Rec, and after play!

To Export go to File > Export Audio/Video..

So you got several clips that you want to export right?

ok..go to session view and double click the stop button in order to reset it to 1.1.1.1..then on the right top in session view..rise up the loop space to the amount,so that your track will be complete recorded and does not jump back to 1 while your track is playing..

ok..then click the button next to the ovr button to reset all clips..enable the global record button and hit your first scene in session view..do you work with follow actions on scenes?if yes just let your scenes run through until the end of your track..if you work in arrangement view just select all your tracks and regions with strg+a or apple+a on mac...then press strg+l to select the loop space over your track..click on export audio like psychowave mentioned earlier and there you go..it will export all tracks that are set in your loop..

good luck           -------......-------...-..-..-..-.-.-.-.-
