Is there any store in Japan that sells Psy records ? There is no need to be specialized. If yes, is there a website for this store ?

Yes, there are many. HMV has a bit of a psy section, actually.
In Tokyo, I think Cisco records is the most popular. I don't know if they do mail order.
You can get some stuff from www.techno.to
In my area, I shop at Index Sound Plaza.
