hey guys, ok maybethis has been asked b4 so pleez dnt shoot me if i'm repeating.. but can anyone tell me how i can record audio off a dvd rom? i have one installed into my pc and want to record people talkin n stuff off movies?? do i need a specific software to do this? |

I do it this way:
Opening SX. Enabling record on the proper channel.
Opening Real Alternative Media Player.
Finding the spot in the movie i want to record.
Make sure that the volume levels are max.
Hit the record.
Edit.
That's all.

into mac i use this software :
Audio Hijack pro,,
he connect direct with the DVD reader into your computer.
Very cool stuff

U can simply launch the DVD player, open soundforge (or wavelab,cooledit etc.) and take recordings.

In Soundforge he must have installed Sony Vegas installed, in order to launch & edit movies files. Better use Wavelab.
